Company Formation service
Limited company formations are incorporated electronically, usually within 24 hours (dependent on volumes at Companies House) of receiving an order. All we require is a unique company name, a valid registered office address (checkable against the Royal Mail database - or use of our Registered Office service below), completion in full of our application form and payment in full before you order is processed.

All packages include a Certificate of Incorporation, printed on approved stationary, a set of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Non-trading and various forms that you may need in the future of your business.

Company Secretary services
In order to comply with the Companies Acts all limited companies must have a company secretary who is responsible for ensuring that the company's statutory duties are met. We can either be formally appointed as your company secretary, or we can support the official company secretary to enable him or her to comply with the statutory rules.

With our company secretarial service we prepare the necessary documents for compliance with statutory requirements on behalf of your appointed company secretary. we handle the filing of accounts and annual returns, and address the needs relating to any change in the company structure including allotments or transfer of shares and appointments and resignations of officers.

Company registered office
We can provide a registered office for your company where a separate address for the service of routine paperwork from such authorities such as Companies House and the Inland Revenue may be required for various reasons.

This service can be particularly useful for new businesses or smaller companies, such as those being run by a sole director from home. Quite clearly, it is often advantageous to conceal the fact that the business is only very small, especially when starting out, and a simple search at Companies House can very quickly disclose the fact that the company is registered at the director's home address. Our Registered Office service prevents this possibility and further protects your business relationships.

We would emphasise that this facility is intended as solely as the address to be entered in public record for the service of official routine mail only, and must not be used as a trading address or for collection and forwarding of general mail.

VAT registration We can register your company.
Business bank accounts We can introduce you to banks that offer free business bank accounts. Terms and acceptance are controlled by the bank's policies applicable at the time of application.
